ZANU PF government to export labour to neighbouring countries

In a sign of admitting defeat from the militant Zimbabweans in the Diaspora who are unwilling to cooperate with government’s plea to financially help it, given that the later were haunted and vilified out of the country by the same government. The government is now appealing for unemployed graduates who are already in Zimbabwe to register with government database. The intention is that the government will be able to control the purses of those it sends out. The government wants to export labour to overseas and regional neighbouring countries, a sign that the ZANU PF government has failed its first test of providing jobs as promised during 2013 elections, this was disclosed by the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Tertiary, Science and Technology Development, Dr. Godfrey Gandawa.

The ZANU PF government is claiming that it had secured employment contracts for Zimbabweans overseas, it is not clear where overseas or regionally the government has secured jobs. Zimbabwe produces over 10,000 graduates from its institutions every year.
What do you think?
